GEN X FINAL CONTESTANTS REVEALED FOR HULL CITY HALL - TUESDAY 22ND DECEMBER
The exciting new concept, the Gen X league, has taken the UK by storm in the second part of 2015.
The 10 minute time limit, high action & fast paced league, has turned heads with some fantastic performances in Hull, Pudsey & Liverpool and of course on national TV on Challenge. Mike 'Wildboar' Hitchman was the first to qualify for the final on 22nd December at Hull City Hall in the first ever Gen-X three way match. He was joined, after being given a second chance, by Bubblegum who qualified by beating Justin Sysum & Robbie X (thanks to help from his 'BAE' Chardonnay) at the first part of Eternal Glory in Liverpool in November.
It's been apparent for a few weeks now that there has been one space left to fill. In the original plan, that was supposed to be filled by the winner of the Gen-X three way at the last Hull City Hall show, but Matt Myers, Ashton Smith & Robbie X ended in a controversial 10 minute time limit draw - the first time the time limit has had an ending effect. This left NGW management with a problem and with no time for another qualifying match, NGW has been left with no option but to place a 'wildcard' into the final. It has been decided that if a wildcard is to enter, that wildcard should be one of the very best wrestlers of the 'Gen-X Style', not only in the UK, but also the world!
TNA Impact Wrestling star and British Bootcamp winner, Mark Andrews will be competing to become the first ever Gen-X Champion!
Front row is completely sold out and 2nd & 3rd row is very nearly gone, but other tickets can still be purchased at www.ngwuk.com or direct from Hull City Hall box office on 01482 300300.
